We offer $10 flat rate tracked shipping within Australia via Auspost Parcel Post when you select "standard shipping" at the checkout. For urgent orders within Australia, please select "Express Shipping". The Express Shipping rate is $13.95. Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit or missing deliveries.

Tracked shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post Economy Air is a $17.00 (AUD) flat rate. Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit or for missing deliveries.

RETURN POLICY
We are happy to refund goods that are un-opened, with packaging intact, within 14 days of the purchase date.
The buyer is responsible for paying postage costs.

Goods should be returned by registered post, as we cannot be liable for lost parcels. Please email us at sales@sustainablehosiery.com prior to sending your item back to confirm your request to refund.
